Product Owner - Dynamics 365

Are you a seasoned expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain, eager to lead transformative ERP initiatives?

We are working on behalf of a dynamic organization seeking a dedicated Dynamics 365 Finance lead to shape their business systems, streamline processes, and drive growth. The ideal candidate will bring over 7 years of hands-on experience in D365 Finance and Supply Chain modules, with a strong background in leading ERP implementations, re-implementations, and process optimization. A deep understanding of finance, supply chain, and operational systems- especially in complex, multi-entity environments- is essential. The role involves guiding teams through design, deployment, and post-launch enhancements, while partnering closely with stakeholders to ensure best practices and seamless integrations. Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 4+ years working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain or AX
Proven experience leading ERP implementation projects, including discovery, configuration, testing, and deployment
Strong functional expertise across core D365 modules: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cost & Project Accounting, Cash & Bank
Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and system solutions
Experience with integrations, data migration, validation, and cutover activities
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and team leadership skills
Knowledge of financial controls, compliance, and process audit standards

Main responsibilities:

Direct the design, configuration, and deployment of D365 Finance and associated modules across the organization
Oversee vendor relationships, project teams, and external consultants to ensure successful project execution
Develop and execute strategies to optimize financial, supply chain, and operational processes, ensuring adherence to best practices
Manage the entire project lifecycle, including discovery, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support
Maintain system health through issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous process improvement
Champion user training, change management, and documentation efforts to maximize system adoption
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Finance, Operations, IT, and executive leadership—to develop scalable, standardized solutions
