Talent Acquisition Specialist (Legal & Accounting Search)

Athens, GA – Onsite with future hybrid potential | Base + Uncapped Commission (Realistic $75K–$100K Year 1)

What You’ll Do

You’ll be at the heart of our recruiting engine, helping us match top talent with high-end legal and accounting clients:

Source and attract candidates for open roles through job boards, social media, and targeted outreach
Place outbound calls to job applicants to screen, qualify, and gather key information
Set interviews and manage candidate flow so the pipeline stays full and moving
Coordinate background checks and drug screens and track results
Help candidates complete applications and new hire paperwork, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Send out digital forms and follow up with candidates to get everything completed on schedule
As you grow, participate in conversations with potential clients to introduce BOS Staffing’s services and support the sales effort

This is a high-activity, fast-paced role where your consistency and urgency directly impact your income.

What We’re Looking For

You don’t have to come from staffing to be successful here, but you do need the right mindset:

Proven ability to work with urgency, juggle multiple priorities, and hit deadlines
Comfort making a high volume of outbound calls and talking to people all day
Sales or customer-facing experience is a strong plus (call center, hospitality, or inside sales all translate well)
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
Social media savvy – you enjoy using LinkedIn and other platforms to connect and promote
College degree preferred, but we’re more interested in your drive, coachability, and competitiveness
