Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Venue Manager to lead the operations of our premier event space. As the cornerstone of our venue, you will oversee daily activities, coordinate event planning, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Your leadership will drive the success of various events, from corporate functions to social celebrations, by managing staff, budgets, and vendor relationships. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape memorable experiences while maintaining smooth venue operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of venue operations, including event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure seamless service.
Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored event plans that meet their expectations.
Lead and supervise a team of staff members.
Implement effective marketing strategies to promote the venue for various events and increase bookings through targeted campaigns.
Ensure exceptional guest services by maintaining high standards of hospitality and addressing client inquiries promptly.
Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and personalized service.

Experience

Proven experience in event management.
Wedding industry experience.
Demonstrated success in managing event budgets and executing large-scale events with attention to detail.
Strong negotiation skills with vendors, clients, and partners to secure contracts and upsell services effectively.
Background in marketing or promoting venues through event marketing strategies is highly desirable.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Prior leadership experience supervising teams in a fast-paced environment is preferred.

We are looking for someone who can step up and lead the venue/team to next level.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
