Full Job Description

Creative Construction Solutions (CCS) is a growing residential construction company specializing in high-quality basement finishing and expanding into whole-home remodeling. We are seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Social Media & Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing efforts across digital platforms. This role owns CCS's social media presence and content creation, strengthens brand awareness, drives lead generation through our Google and Meta channels, and supports the company's overall growth strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and grow CCS’s social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram
Create and schedule engaging content — photos, videos, graphics, and captions — using tools like Canva
Capture project photos and videos on job sites and showcase completed work
Manage and optimize our Google Business Profile, including posts, photos, and review generation and responses
Support paid lead generation campaigns on Google Ads, Google Local Services Ads, and Facebook/Meta lead ads, monitoring performance and recommending improvements
Support local SEO efforts to strengthen our visibility in search results
Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments professionally; route all inbound leads and inquiries into our CRM immediately so the sales team can respond within minutes
Update the WordPress website and ensure lead forms flow correctly into our CRM
Coordinate branding and messaging across all marketing channels and maintain a consistent, professional brand image
Track and report on the metrics that matter: leads generated, cost per lead, review volume, and response times — not just likes and followers

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles, with a portfolio or examples of your work
Experience marketing a home-services, construction, real estate, or other local business is a strong plus
Familiarity with Google Business Profile, Google Ads or Local Services Ads, and Meta Ads Manager (or a strong willingness to learn quickly)
Experience with content creation tools, photography/video editing, and social media platforms
Familiarity with WordPress; experience with a CRM (we use Go High Level) is a plus
Excellent communication skills with an eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through digital channels
Creative, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for visiting active job sites

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
