At Curl Co. we have a vision to be the go-to salon for all curly and textured hair guests everywhere. We currently have guests coming to us from different states! We want our stylist to be successful and enthusiastic at work and take that into every area of their lives. Qualifications:

Qualified candidates will be 18+ years-old with a Cosmetology diploma and license (no relevant work experience is necessary)
Proficiency with latest salon techniques
Minimum 1 year working specifically with curly/texture hair
Strong listening and verbal communication skills
Proven proficiency in curl-centric methods (cutting, styling, maintenance).
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills — you make clients feel seen, heard and excited to return.
Experience with curl-safe or texture-friendly colouring techniques.
Social media presence or portfolio showcasing textured-hair work.
Self-motivated, reliable, team-oriented, and committed to building your clientele.
Responsibilities:
Providing professional product recommendations as part of all services
Assisting in store duties (e.g., filling Salon retail displays and shelves.)
Adhering to all Salon and Health Department standards for guest service and cleanliness
Demonstrating your personal style in a professional demeanor
