Full Job Description

Job Summary

RISE is looking for a hands on Install and Dismantle Supervisor to lead trade show exhibit setups and teardowns across the country. In this role, you will directly supervise labor crews on the show floor, manage client relationships, and quickly resolve any issues to ensure flawless execution. When not traveling, you will work at our West Valley City, UT warehouse prepping, packing, and inventorying booths and assets for upcoming shows.

This is a great fit for a strong leader who enjoys a mix of high energy travel (up to 50% of the month) and detailed warehouse work in the exciting trade show industry.

Key Responsibilities

Lead On-Site Installation & Dismantle Operations

Supervise and direct union labor crews to safely and efficiently install and dismantle trade show booths and exhibits, meeting tight deadlines and budget requirements.

Client Relations & On-Site Representation

Serve as the primary face of RISE on the show floor build and maintain strong client relationships, communicate effectively, and ensure every client need is met during the event.

Problem Resolution on the Show Floor

Quickly identify and resolve any issues that arise during setup, show run, or dismantle, using your industry knowledge to keep operations running smoothly.

Warehouse Operations (When Not Traveling)

Work at RISE HQ in West Valley City, UT to prepare booths for future shows:

Pre stage, prep, pack, crate, and label all exhibit materials and assets

Perform accurate inventory tracking using Google Spreadsheets

Receive, inspect, organize, and maintain trade show equipment and graphics

Load/unload trucks and prepare shipments

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in trade show installation and dismantle, event production, or a similar supervisory role (required)

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and oversee labor crews in fast paced, high-pressure environments

Strong client facing skills with excellent verbal and written communication

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and resolve problems effectively on the show floor

Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs., standing for extended periods, and working with hand and power tools

Willingness to travel up to 50% of the month, including trips of up to 10 consecutive days

Proficient in Google Spreadsheets for inventory tracking and documentation

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to commute to West Valley City, UT 84119 (required)
