Supporting our Finance Managers throughout the entire deal process

Preparing, auditing, organizing, and finalizing deal jackets

Verifying contracts and finance documents for accuracy

Working with banks and lenders to submit funding packages
-
Following up on missing documents and outstanding contracts
-
Processing title paperwork and assisting with payoff information
-
Maintaining organized electronic and paper records
-
Protecting confidential customer information
-
Working closely with Sales, Accounting, DMV, and Finance to keep deals moving

Helping deliver a smooth, stress-free customer experience from start to finish
