Full Job Description

Join Casper's Malt Shoppe and be part of a team that creates a fun, welcoming experience for every guest who walks through our doors. We are seeking enthusiastic part-time team members who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering excellent customer service. If you enjoy working with people and being part of a positive team atmosphere, this is a great opportunity.

Team members are responsible for providing outstanding service with every interaction, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and ensuring refrigerators, freezers, equipment, and prep stations are properly maintained. Duties include restocking supplies and inventory, operating the cash register and point of sale system accurately, assisting with food preparation, and supporting the team with additional tasks as assigned by management.

Schedule

Part-time, under 25 hours/week
Year-round schedule, NOT seasonal
Closed on Sundays
We offer some flexibility in scheduling!

Pay

Starting at $10.00/hour + TIPS!
Time and a half pay for holidays worked

Must be at least 16 years old
Must be available to open and close on weekdays and work Saturdays
Some holiday availability required
If you are not able to work Saturdays and summer holidays, this job is not for you
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Comfortable handling cash and making accurate change
Comfortable operating a cash register and point of sale system
Must have or be willing to obtain a Food Handler's Permit within 30 days of hire
Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
Physical ability to bend, squat, reach overhead, and lift up to 50 lbs.
