SUNDARA Medical is looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial Certified Nurse Midwife to launch and grow our women's health division from the ground up.
This is not a plug-and-play role. This is a founding opportunity for someone who wants to build something of their own — with the infrastructure, support, and momentum already in place. For the right person, this role also carries

Providers with an existing patient following or referral network will have the opportunity to immediately grow their volume and income within our model.
The more you build, the more you earn — with no artificial ceiling.
- Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM), licensed in Utah
- Board certified and in good standing
- Strong women's health clinical experience
- Established patient panel, referral network, or strong community presence preferred
- Credentialed with payers (or able to become credentialed quickly)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and grow
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, evolving environment
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and driven
- High level of autonomy and flexibility

Compensation is structured for providers who want to work, produce, and be rewarded for it.
We offer a flexible model tailored to the right candidate, including:
- Base salary + aggressive production incentives
or
- Percentage of collections
High-performing providers have the opportunity to significantly exceed traditional salary ranges based on volume, efficiency, and drive.
This is the first role of its kind within the SUNDARA model.
