Job Description

We are looking for a self- motivated Inside Sales Manager to manage and develop sales covering the western region of the USA. The focus will be to grow sales through outbound sales calls and sales visits. This assignment is a full-time position available immediately for a focused, goals-driven, and self-motivated salesperson who strives for the success of the company. A true team-player who recognizes the correlation of the company’s success to his own, and vice versa. Must have a proven track record of successful collaboration on a sales team.
Salary commensurate with experience, plus commission per sale. Combination of a base salary with a commission resulting compensation may range $60K-$120K.

Responsibilities and Duties

Willingness to work within an established structure and program
Generate new leads to grow our vast dealer network- must be comfortable making cold calls and introductions to prospective dealers.
Live on phones and be in constant contact with the accounts and outside sales team.
Manage the sales pipeline and source leads in a timely manner
Ability to properly demonstrate the features and benefits of Company instrumentation to customers.
Plan and execute sales activities that will ensure sales growth objectives.
Meet customer requirements by being responsive, organized and communicative
Contribute to team effort by providing forecasts, reports, marketing intelligence, and information on our customers.
Making outbound/inbound calls with the ability to cold call/ qualify sales leads and close the deal/ upsell our product
Develop and deliver authentic and honest communication to ensure we are connecting with distributors in the most genuine way possible.
Researching competitors to better negotiate and sell inventory.
Learn the components and capabilities of our bikes, scooters, and E-bike industry
Must be a true salesperson and strong problem-solver who is able to overcome obstacles and objections.
Positive attitude and energy- someone who focuses on and enhances the positives and opportunities
Occasional attendance and work at weekend sales events required.
Occasional travel with the Outside Sales Team to visit accounts in person.

Qualifications and Skills

Ability to work in a team setting
Strong leadership and communication skills
Willing to travel
Outdoor enthusiast
Bike industry experience preferred
Knowledge or ability to learn the technical aspects of electric road and mountain bikes
Excellent critical thinking, interpersonal, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of bike fit, bike builds, accessories, and soft goods
Ability to lift an ebike onto or into a bike rack or vehicle.
Knowledge of Microsoft: excel, word, etc.
Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
Sales or account management experience required
High School diploma or GED required, Bachelors Preferred, MBA a benefit
