RN Hospice Director/Administrator

Location: Uvalde, TX 78801
Job Type: 13-Week Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: 8-Hour Days

Job Overview

Seeking an experienced RN Hospice Director/Administrator to oversee hospice operations, clinical services, staff, compliance, and quality patient care.

Requirements

Active Texas RN License
2+ years of hospice administration experience preferred
Hospice administrative education preferred
BSN preferred
Strong leadership, compliance, staffing, and hospice operations experience

Responsibilities

Oversee daily hospice operations and patient care
Manage staffing, scheduling, and staff performance
Ensure regulatory and quality compliance
Lead quality improvement initiatives
Manage budgets and operational activities
Collaborate with physicians, patients, families, and community partners
Support hospice growth, outreach, and professional relations
