Front Desk Coordinator

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Thursday (8:00 AM – 7:00 PM) . Enjoy a 3-Day Weekend Every Week!

At Absolute Integrative Physical Medicine (AIPM), we are looking for a dedicated team member who specifically wants to be part of our wellness mission and build a long-term home with us.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN THIS ROLE:

An Active, On-Your-Feet Environment: This is a dynamic, active role (expect 7,000–10,000 steps a day!). You’ll be on your feet managing a busy lobby, greeting patients, and keeping clinic traffic flowing on time.
Friendly Assertiveness: Our ideal front desk team member combines a warm, welcoming personality with the confidence to direct room traffic, keep schedules on track, and manage phone lines.
Proactive Multitasking: We value team members who stay organized under pressure, retain training quickly, and enjoy staying busy throughout the day.

Quick Study & Calm Under Pressure: You absorb training quickly, retain systems easily, and don't get easily overwhelmed when multiple things happen at once.
Warm & Confident Communicators: You genuinely love people, but you're also comfortable setting gentle boundaries and keeping patient flow moving efficiently.
Reliable & Long-Term Minded: We are looking for candidates with a track record of steady employment who want to plant roots with a supportive team for the long haul.
Background: 2+ years of experience in fast-paced customer service, retail, food/beverage, hospitality, or medical front desk work.
Punctual and reliable: You are always early and understand that you have team members depending on you to show up for work.
High Attention to Detail:You take pride in thoroughness, follow multi-step processes, and keep patient records complete without letting details slip through the cracks.
Spanish-speaking is a wonderful bonus!

Compensation: $21.00 – $24.00/hour starting + performance-based bonus potential after probation.
