We are looking for a Showing Agent committed to providing outstanding service to buyers in Santa Rosa, Petaluma, Rohnert Park, Healdsburg, and nearby communities.

As a Showing Agent, you will work closely with lead agents and buyer clients to coordinate and conduct property showings, manage follow-up communications, and ensure a seamless, positive experience for all parties.

Who We’re Looking For:

Licensed or actively pursuing a California real estate license
Familiar with or living in Sonoma County communities
Highly organized, personable, and motivated to grow professionally
Eager to join a team that values support, success, and a positive work atmosphere

Please note: This is a commission-only role.

Responsibilities

Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
Participate in team activities per team standards
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
