Our boutique size allows us to respond swiftly to market shifts and customize solutions for our clients’ unique needs.

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented bookkeeper to fill a salaried position. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate accounting and financial systems, but must ensure accurate data entry, account reconciliation, and adherence to accounting standards. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong numeracy skills and a passion for financial accuracy.

Responsibilities

Enter and verify data accurately within Entrata property management software
Assist with accounts payable and receivable management, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments
Support month-end closing processes by preparing journal entries and conducting account reconciliations
Handle confidential financial information with integrity and professionalism
Contribute to bookkeeping tasks such as double-entry bookkeeping and 10-key typing for data entry accuracy

Experience

Experience with Entrata property management and other property management software a plus
Prior experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably within public accounting or governmental accounting environments
Familiarity with financial concepts including debits & credits, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliation, and account analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel for data analysis and spreadsheet management
Strong attention to detail with excellent numeracy skills and the ability to handle confidential information securely
Demonstrated ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently in fast-paced settings.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
