Level Up Medical is seeking a passionate, forward-thinking Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) to join our rapidly expanding interdisciplinary medical group. If you believe healthcare should focus on treating the whole person—not simply managing symptoms—we want to meet you.

Rather than viewing pain as an isolated problem, we evaluate movement, biomechanics, neuromuscular function, lifestyle, stress, breathing, recovery, and physical performance to uncover the underlying contributors to dysfunction.

About the Position:

As a Physical Therapist, you will work alongside an experienced team of medical massage providers and future rehabilitation professionals to develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring function rather than simply masking pain.

You will have the opportunity to help shape the future of an innovative rehabilitation model that integrates:

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a Founding Physical Therapist who:

Is licensed (or eligible for licensure) as a Physical Therapist in Arizona
Values collaboration over hierarchy
Enjoys working closely with other healthcare professionals
Believes movement is medicine
Thinks critically and treats the individual rather than the diagnosis
Has excellent communication and patient education skills
Is passionate about improving lives through evidence-informed care
Wants to help build something meaningful rather than simply fill a position

Preferred Qualifications

Orthopedic or outpatient experience
Manual therapy training
Experience with movement assessment
Interest in chronic pain management
Interest in performance, prevention, and wellness

Founding Physical Therapist

$100 per initial evaluation
$65 per re-cert
Opportunity for profit sharing as the PT division grows
Leadership role in developing clinical protocols

Long-term vision

As your PT caseload matures, you could transition to a Clinical Director of Physical Therapy model with:

Base compensation
