Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and service-focused professional to lead beverage and banquet operations at a luxury hospitality venue. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, supporting operational excellence, and guiding a team that upholds high standards of quality, consistency, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily bar and banquet operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service.
Lead, train, schedule, and support team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Maintain strong knowledge of beverage programs, menu offerings, service standards, and event execution.
Collaborate with culinary, event, and hotel leadership teams to plan and execute banquets, receptions, and special events.
Monitor labor, inventory, and operational costs while supporting budgetary goals and profitability.
Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and liquor regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Address guest concerns professionally and promptly, with a focus on service recovery and guest satisfaction.
Support ordering, inventory control, product rotation, and vendor coordination for beverage and event operations.
Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency, and revenue.
Foster a positive, team-oriented environment that promotes accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Previous experience in beverage, banquet, restaurant, or hospitality management required.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members.
Strong understanding of food and beverage service standards, banquet operations, and event execution.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment.
Working knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, inventory control, and labor management.
Familiarity with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
Ability to remain professional, composed, and attentive under pressure.
