The Sebastian Vail is seeking a charismatic and experienced Director of Front Office to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role requires a dedicated leader with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. As the Director of Front Office, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the daily operations of the front office department, ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and mentor front office staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences and improve service quality.

Oversee all front office operations, including guest check-ins and check-outs, reservations, and concierge services.

Manage guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and operations.

Optimize front office efficiency by implementing effective processes and technology.

Monitor and manage front office budgets and financial performance.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests, team members, and external partners.

Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and standards.

Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into the front office operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred.

Proven experience in a leadership role within a front office or hospitality environment.

Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest service, and hospitality best practices.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
