As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will:

Magnolia Grace Senior Care is Hiring a Part-Time Registered Nurse

Magnolia Grace Senior Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) who enjoys working with seniors and families.

This is a part-time position focused specifically on client care management.

As our Registered Nurse, you will help manage the clinical side of each client's care from onboarding through offboarding.

Responsibilities include:

Completing initial in-home client assessments
Assisting with client enrollment and onboarding
Developing and updating individualized care plans
Reviewing and documenting changes in a client's condition or profile
Reviewing and managing client medication information and medication documentation within the scope of our services
Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
Communicating important changes or concerns with the office and care team
Managing the clinical documentation required when a client is discharged or leaves our services
Completing client offboarding documentation
Attending two Zoom meetings per month

Who We Are Looking For

We want an RN who is compassionate, dependable, organized and comfortable working independently.

Strong communication and documentation skills are extremely important for this position. We also want someone who genuinely cares about seniors and understands the importance of providing families with consistent, professional care.

This opportunity could be an excellent fit for a military spouse, retired or semi-retired nurse, or an RN looking for meaningful part-time work without committing to a full-time nursing position.

Qualifications

Diploma, Associate or Bachelor Degree in Nursing
Current and unrestricted Compact Registered Nurse licensure
Minimum of 5 years nursing experience
Home Health experience a plus
Current CPR/First Aid certification
Strong organizational and communication skills
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation. Ability to travel to all business locations
