ABOUT THE ROLE

Responsible for applying high-quality paint finishes to industrial equipment and performing related tasks as directed by the Manager or Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial painting techniques, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sand, mask, prime, and paint autoclaves, ovens, electrical enclosures, junction boxes, and conduit.
Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment while ensuring proper preparation and finish quality.
Inspect painted surfaces, perform touch-ups as needed, and clean, paint, and wrap completed products.
Clean and maintain painting equipment and properly handle paints and related materials.
Report equipment issues to the supervisor.
Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and environmental regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow work instructions, communicate project status, complete required paperwork, and support process improvements.
Perform additional duties as assigned and work overtime or alternate shifts as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

3 or more years’ experience in industrial painting or related field
Proficiency in using various painting equipment and techniques
Knowledge of safety practices and procedures related to industrial painting
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
