Full Job Description

Hughes Plumbing Services Inc. is hiring an experienced Residential Service Plumber for full-time work throughout the Conejo Valley.

COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE

Commission-only position: 30% commission. No base pay.
Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
One on-call weekend per month.
Year-round, steady residential and light commercial service work.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Independently diagnose residential and light commercial plumbing problems.
Complete high-quality repairs, replacements, and installations.
Clearly explain findings and present appropriate repair options without pressure.
Communicate professionally with customers and the office.
Maintain a clean company vehicle, organized equipment, and professional appearance.
Leave every job clean and completed to company standards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

At least 5 years of paid plumbing experience.
Strong residential service, troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills.
Valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record.
Ability to work independently and manage a daily service schedule.
Professional customer communication and reliable attendance.
Ability to complete a background check.
