Pay: $30.00 - $45.00+ per hour - negotiable depending on the depth of Fanuc experience (and the specific control systems).

Relocation Available: For expert-level Nakamura/Fanuc specialists outside of the Los Angeles area, we offer relocation assistance to help you join our team in sunny Southern California.

The Technology You’ll Lead:

Our facility features a high-end fleet of machines, including, but not limited to:

Nakamura-Tome WT-300, WT-250, & WT-150: Twin Turret / Twin Spindle with Full Y-Axis Milling.
Fuji CSD 300 II R: Dual spindle with integrated Gantry Robotics.
Hwacheon Hi-Tec 200B: Precision turning centers.
Controls: Expert-level Fanuc (18i-TB, 21T, 21i).

Technical Requirements:

Multi-Axis Mastery: You must be able to perform independent, complex setups on twin-spindle/twin-turret machines with zero supervision.
Live Tooling: Proficiency in rotary milling and synchronized spindle operations.
Program Optimization: Ability to edit G-code at the Fanuc control to ensure cycle efficiency.
Aerospace Standards: Proven experience working to tight tolerances and maintaining AS9100 documentation.
