Full Job Description

Job Summary

[ ] Maintain the highest standards of

cleanliness, presentation, and organization

throughout the residence.

[ ] Perform daily cleaning of bedrooms,

bathrooms, living areas, kitchens,

entertaining spaces, offices, and guest areas.

[ ] Make and maintain beds to luxury

hospitality standards, including proper linen

rotation and presentation.

[ ] Handle fine linens, delicate fabrics,

designer clothing, and specialty garments

according to care instructions.

[ ] Manage laundry, pressing, steaming,

folding, and wardrobe organization with

exceptional attention to detail.

[ ] Maintain and organize closets, dressing

rooms, pantries, linen rooms, and householdstorage areas.

[ ] Dust, polish, vacuum, mop, and clean high-

end surfaces, furniture, fixtures, artwork, and

decorative items using appropriate products

and techniques.

[ ] Maintain kitchens to impeccable

standards, including cleaning appliances,

cabinets, countertops, and dining areas.

[ ] Assist with setting and clearing tables for

family meals, formal dinners, and private

entertaining. (When needed)

[ ] Prepare guest rooms and suites to five-

star hospitality standards before and during

guest stays.

[ ] Anticipate household needs and

proactively replenish toiletries, linens,

cleaning supplies, and other household

essentials.

[ ] Maintain an accurate inventory of

household and cleaning supplies andcommunicate replenishment needs to the

House Manager or Estate Manager.

[ ] Care for valuable household furnishings,

antiques, artwork, collectibles, and specialty

surfaces with appropriate discretion and

care.

[ ] Support household preparations for

parties, dinners, events, and visiting guests.

[ ] Ensure the residence is immaculate and

fully prepared prior to the principals' arrival.

[ ] Follow established household procedures,

schedules, security protocols, and

confidentiality requirements.

[ ] Maintain strict discretion regarding the

principals, family members, guests,

schedules, personal affairs, and household

activities.

[ ] Report maintenance issues, damages,

shortages, or unusual observations promptly

to the appropriate household manager.[ ] Assist with special projects, seasonal

deep cleans, and detailed household

organization as needed.

[ ] Work collaboratively with other household

staff while maintaining a polished,

professional, and service-oriented presence.

[ ] Remain flexible and responsive to last-

minute requests and changing priorities

while maintaining exceptional attention to

detail.

[ ] Maintain a calm, discreet, polished

demeanor appropriate for a UHNW private

household.

[ ] Uphold five-star hospitality standards and

consistently anticipate the needs and

preferences of the principals and their guests.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
