As we expand, we are seeking experienced Performance Coaches (Strength & Conditioning Coaches and Personal Trainers) who want more than a typical 9–5 role.

This is an opportunity to work remotely, develop at a high level, and contribute meaningfully to a team committed to excellence.

PLEASE NOTE: ONLY FLORIDA RESIDENTS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE

What You’ll Do

Deliver individualized performance programs to high-level clientele
Apply evidence-based strength & conditioning principles
Collaborate within a high-accountability, growth-focused team
Continuously refine coaching through structured education and mentorship

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3+ years coaching experience (Strength & Conditioning or Personal Training)
Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field (preferred, not required)
Strong understanding of training principles and program design
High emotional intelligence and professionalism
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Self-starter who thrives in a team-first, high-performance culture
Coachable, growth-minded, and committed to mastery
