Overview
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Dental Lab Technician to join our growing dental laboratory team. Our lab specializes in digital removable prosthetics, including CAD/CAM design, 3D printed dentures, wax rims, denture repairs, and hard relines. This position plays an important role in designing, fabricating, finishing and delivering high-quality dental appliances while supporting the day-to-day operations of the laboratory.
The ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn, willing to travel, and committed to producing quality work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment. This person should also possess laboratory experience and a comprehensive understanding of dental prosthetics.
Duties
- Fabricate a variety of dental prostheses including dentures and implant-supported prosthetics with precision and attention to detail.
- Utilize digital design tools and 3D CAD modeling software to create accurate prosthetic models tailored to patient specifications with 3Shape software.
- Finish and polish dental restorations ensuring optimal fit, function, and aesthetics in accordance with laboratory standards.
- Collaborate closely with clinicians to interpret prescriptions, medical documentation, and patient assessment data for accurate prosthesis fabrication.
- Maintain strict infection control protocols and aseptic techniques throughout all laboratory procedures.
- Keep detailed records of laboratory procedures, materials used, and quality control measures in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Skills
- Extensive knowledge of dental anatomy, occlusion, and prosthodontics principles for accurate restoration design.
- Proficiency in digital design software including CAD (Computer-Aided Design) systems specific to dentistry and removable prosthetics.
- Skilled in the use of laboratory techniques for custom prosthetic fabrication, and complete denture construction.
- Experience operating dental equipment such as pressure pots, lathes, 3D Printers, lab scanners.
- Strong understanding of implantology procedures and implant-supported prosthesis fabrication processes.
- Ability to interpret detailed prescriptions from clinicians while adhering to infection control standards.
- Excellent manual dexterity combined with an eye for aesthetic detail in cosmetic restorations.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with dental professionals on complex cases involving removable or full arch restorations.

Pay: $36,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
