Full Job Description

Dymond Speech is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our supportive, team-oriented, and fun environment. We are a therapist-owned, private pediatric outpatient practice based in North Carolina, dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of the children and families we serve.

About the role

This is a flexible, fully remote telehealth position centered around afternoon availability, making it a great fit for clinicians looking for work-life balance without sacrificing a meaningful caseload. Hours can range from approximately two afternoons per week up to a near-full-time schedule, depending on your availability and patient demand. You choose your commitment level, we build around you.

What you'll do

Conduct diagnostic evaluations and deliver evidence-based therapy sessions via a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation including session notes, progress reports, and treatment plans
Collaborate with referring providers, caregivers, and school or care teams as appropriate
Provide education and home program guidance to patients and their families

Required qualifications

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
Active state licensure (licensure in multiple states is a plus)
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in speech-language pathology
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a private, quiet workspace
Afternoon availability (scheduling typically between 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST)

Preferred qualifications

Prior telehealth experience strongly preferred
Specialization in a specific area (e.g., pediatric language, fluency, voice, AAC, dysphagia) is a plus
Comfort with electronic health record (EHR) systems and video conferencing platforms

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
