Join Our Team

We're a family-owned street sweeping and environmental services company looking for an organized, motivated, and energetic Office Assistant who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and wants to be an important part of a small team.

This isn't a job where you'll do the same thing every day. One day you might be helping keep our accounting up to date, the next preparing reports, organizing the office, coordinating with customers and vendors, or learning a new aspect of the business. If you're someone who notices what needs to be done without being asked, enjoys staying busy, and likes learning new skills, you'll fit right in.

We're looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and takes pride in producing accurate work. You'll work closely with ownership and our management team, giving you the opportunity to learn many aspects of running a successful business.

What You'll Do

Process accounts payable and receivable.
Create customer invoices and apply customer payments.
Enter and maintain financial information in QuickBooks Online.
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
Prepare DOT compliance reports and assist with permit applications.
Support payroll and human resources when needed.
Keep office records organized and up to date.
Answer phones, assist customers and vendors, and provide general administrative support.
Help improve office systems and identify ways to make processes more efficient.
Jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed.

We're Looking For Someone Who

Takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do.
Is naturally organized and enjoys keeping things running smoothly.
Learns new software and processes quickly.
Is comfortable using computers and technology.
Has experience with QuickBooks Online or is eager to become proficient.
Has accounting or bookkeeping experience (accounts payable/receivable preferred).
Communicates professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers.
Can manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
Values honesty, reliability, and teamwork.
Brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic every day.

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience with payroll or human resources.
Experience in a construction, transportation, service, or small business environment.
Ideas for improving processes and increasing efficiency.
