Key Details:

·Pay: $90,000 - $115,000 salaried, Exempt

· Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, parental leave, 401(k)

· Location: On-site,10405 N Macrum Ave, Portland, OR 97203

· Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday.

o This role is primarily on-site and offers flexibility in how work gets done. After a successful ramp-up period, there may be potential for 1-2 remote workdays per week based on business needs and performance.

Who You Are:

You're a creative and resourceful marketer who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment. You enjoy turning ideas into action, building processes from scratch, and balancing strategy with hands-on execution. You're comfortable working independently, collaborating across teams, and bringing thoughtful opinions to the table.

Other qualifications include:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered

· 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, growth marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce marketing, or related fields

· Exceptional written communication and copywriting skills

· Experience creating and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels

· Knowledge of email marketing, social media marketing, content strategy, and e-commerce best practices

· Experience using Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, email marketing platforms, or similar tools

· Strong project management and organizational skills

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup or small-business environment

· Ability to pass any required pre-employment screenings applicable to the position

What You’ll Do:

As Acre Forge's dedicated marketing leader, you'll have the opportunity to own and shape the company's marketing function, building brand awareness, driving customer growth, and executing initiatives that support business goals. You'll lead marketing efforts from strategy through execution, including major product launches, while helping lay the foundation for Acre Forge's long-term growth.

A typical day will consist of:

· Developing and executing brand and growth marketing campaigns across digital and organic channels

· Leading marketing strategy and go-to-market execution for new product line launches

· Creating compelling content for email campaigns, website copy, social media, product launches, and promotional initiatives

· Managing content calendars and coordinating campaign timelines

· Monitoring marketing performance and using analytics to optimize results

· Partnering with company leadership and production teams to tell authentic product and brand stories

· Identifying opportunities to grow customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and online sales

· Establishing marketing processes, reporting practices, and foundational KPIs

· Contributing strategic recommendations that support future business growth and scalability

· Other duties as assigned
