That commitment has helped us maintain client retention rates above 93% for more than a decade, including over 95% for each of the past seven years.

Why This Role Matters

Our Customer Experience Representatives are the voice of NaturZone.

Every day, you'll help customers navigate questions, solve problems, coordinate services, and feel confident they've chosen the right company. You'll also work closely with our technicians and internal teams to ensure every customer receives the exceptional service we're known for.

This isn't a scripted call center position.

No two days are exactly alike. While customer communication is the primary focus of the role, every interaction is different—and you'll have the authority to make decisions, solve problems, and create positive outcomes for our customers.

You'll spend approximately 70–80% of your day communicating with customers by phone, text, and email, with the remainder supporting our Sales, Service, and Operations teams through administrative responsibilities that keep our office running efficiently.

What You'll Do

Deliver an Outstanding Customer Experience

Answer customer phone calls, emails, and text messages with professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm.
Listen carefully to understand each customer's needs and provide thoughtful, accurate solutions.
Resolve the majority of customer questions and concerns independently after training.
Build lasting relationships through every interaction.
Help retain customers by creating experiences that exceed expectations.
Turn challenging situations into positive ones through patience, empathy, and sound judgment.

Be the Connection Between Customers and Our Team

You'll serve as the bridge between our customers and our technicians.

You'll gather information, communicate expectations, coordinate service needs, and ensure the right level of urgency is communicated to our field team.

Your ability to bring calm, clarity, and confidence to every interaction helps both our customers and our technicians succeed.

Support Daily Operations

Maintain accurate customer information within PestPac and other company systems.
Coordinate information between departments.
Support scheduling, reporting, documentation, and administrative projects.
Assist with process improvements and special initiatives.
Jump in wherever needed to support the success of the team.

Qualifications

Required

1–3 years of customer service experience.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
A warm, professional, and confident phone presence.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Confidence learning new technology and software.
A genuine desire to help people.

Preferred

Administrative or office experience.
Experience handling a high volume of customer interactions.
Experience with CRM, scheduling, or customer management software.
Experience with PestPac or similar industry software.
