Position Overview

We are hiring motivated individuals to become licensed Sales Representatives through our structured pre-licensing and onboarding program.

This is a career-track opportunity where candidates will:

Complete required licensing through our supported schooling program
Receive training and mentorship
Transition into a full sales role after licensing

This role is ideal for individuals who:

What You’ll Do (Post-Licensing)

Meet with clients to assess financial and protection needs
Educate on:
- Life insurance and protection strategies
- Retirement and wealth-building solutions
Present customized recommendations
Guide clients through application and enrollment
Build and maintain a referral-based book of business

Licensing & Training Process

Enrollment in a state-required licensing program (schooling required)
Structured onboarding and product training
Mentorship and guidance throughout the process
Must complete licensing requirements before official start in sales role

This is designed to ensure you are fully prepared to succeed once you begin selling.
