Schedule: PRN

Be part of a soul-hearted approach to healing

Alsana is a national leader in eating disorder treatment, offering a holistic, soul-hearted approach to recovery for adults and adolescents of all genders.

We exist to be a source of hope and healing, creating safe, nurturing spaces where individuals can cultivate the roots of their own recovery story.

What You'll Do

Facilitate traumainformed yoga and movement groups for adult clients
Create group sessions that align with individualized treatment goals
Collaborate with therapists, dietitians, and the clinical team to integrate movement into client care
Educate clients on the benefits of mindful movement and body awareness
Assist with maintaining yoga equipment and treatment spaces
Perform other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

Certified Yoga Instructor (200hour certification or equivalent required)
1 year of yoga instruction experience required
Experience working with eating disorders, behavioral health, or mental health populations preferred
Knowledge of evidencebased, traumainformed movement practices is a plus
