Full Job Description

Hello! We are looking for a dependable, friendly and professional individual to join our growing oral surgery office ! This position requires someone who is patient focused and can seamlessly fit into our dedicated oral surgery team.

The candidate is to be a team player with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing excellent patient care.

You should be comfortable working in a busy Oral Surgery office for 6-8 hours per day, maintaining professionalism and efficiency throughout the day.

40 hours per week

Monday: 8am - 5pm

Tuesday: 8am - 5pm

Wednesday: 8am-5pm

Thursday: 8am - 5pm

Friday: 8am - 5pm

Job Requirements:

Excellent customer service
Professional appearance and demeanor
Team Player
Minimum 3 years dental office experience – ORAL SURGERY IS A PLUS!
Excellent communication with both patients and co-workers
Familiarity and willingness to learn and expand on your dental knowledge are qualities candidates should possess.
Bilingual is a PLUS!

Duties include but are not limited to:

Ability to multitask any duties presented in the front office
Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
Comfortable with collecting payments
Ability to discuss treatment options/plans and follow through with scheduling treatment
Scheduling appointments
Check in/ out patients
Mail letters
