We’re looking for an account management professional who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and delivering an outstanding client experience. You’ll become the trusted advisor for a portfolio of contractors, helping them understand their marketing performance, identify opportunities, and coordinate the work of our internal team.

What You’ll Do

As an Client Growth Specialist (account management), you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned clients.

Responsibilities include:

Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients.
Lead recurring strategy and performance meetings.
Translate marketing performance into clear business recommendations.
Coordinate projects with our SEO, design, development, advertising, and content teams.
Ensure deliverables stay on schedule and exceed client expectations.
Identify opportunities for clients to improve lead generation and online visibility.
Manage client communications professionally and proactively.
Monitor account health and address issues before they become problems.
Advocate for clients internally while supporting company processes and standards.
Maintain accurate notes, tasks, and follow-up within our CRM and project management systems.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate has:

3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or customer relationship management.
Experience working within a digital marketing agency or similar client-service environment preferred.
Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals including SEO, Google Ads, websites, Google Business Profile, analytics, and social media.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Confidence leading client meetings and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Ability to simplify complex marketing concepts into actionable business advice.
Experience using CRM and project management software.
High attention to detail and a genuine desire to help clients succeed.
