Full Job Description

```Duties```

- As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Perform duties such as checking guests in and out.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Assist with guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and interactions

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of hospitality management or hotel operations is desirable

This position is for a fill in person for now with the option for regular hours when there is an available opening. But until then you would work some training hours and your hours to start would be from filling in for other people shifts. We have a small crew but some people like to take extra days off to go catch a show or something. We are looking for someone who is going to be able to slip into any position so you will be trained in all three shifts including auditing. Once you are trained in all shifts as soon as there is an opening for more hours you would be slipped right in to it.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
