Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and creative Ice Cream Maker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality ice cream and frozen desserts that delight our customers. You will utilize your culinary skills and knowledge of food safety to ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality and taste. Responsibilities

Prepare and mix ingredients according to established recipes for ice cream and other frozen desserts.
Operate ice cream machines and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Monitor the production process to ensure consistency in flavor, texture, and quality.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards.
Assist with packaging finished products for sale or distribution.
Collaborate with team members to develop new flavors and product offerings.
Conduct regular quality checks on ingredients and finished products to ensure freshness.
Participate in inventory management, including ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in culinary arts or food production is preferred.
Knowledge of food handling, food safety practices, and sanitation standards.
Skills in cake decorating or pastry making are a plus.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow recipes accurately.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for the food industry and creativity in flavor development.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
