- Demonstrable ability to lead and direct employees to meet Fab-Tech production expectations in this work area including work instruction tasks, maintenance tasks, and special projects.
- Ability to read and write Basic English.
- Can speak and understand Basic English with an emphasis on accurately communicating tasks and objectives.
- Ability to read cut sheets and technical drawings.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Ability to use measurement tools of the area.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret written technical procedures and customer order sheets as well as follow verbal instruction.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to apply basic mathematical skills to include decimals, fractions, and conversions. Measurement skills to include tape measure, sheet metal gauge, and dial calipers.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to identify problems, gather data, establish facts, and suggest solutions.
