This is a hands-on industrial position and is not a clean or climate-controlled job. Sandblasting can be hot, dirty, loud, and physically demanding. Candidates should be comfortable working in these conditions before applying.
Much of the work will be performed independently, so we are looking for someone who can manage their workload, properly maintain equipment, safely handle materials, and consistently produce properly prepared surfaces without constant supervision.
The technician must also be able to work effectively with fabrication and finishing team members when projects require additional support.
