Charge Poster

Bendcare employs over 300 providers across 26 states. We provide innovative solutions that help rheumatology practices standardize workflows and streamline operational processes. Our support enables clinical teams to focus on improving patient outcomes, enhancing satisfaction, and maximizing practice efficiency.

Requirements

As a Charge Poster, you must demonstrate accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Professional communication with internal teams, managers, and staff is essential.

Job Responsibilities

In this position, you will be responsible for reviewing and entering patient charges with accuracy and timeliness to ensure efficient claim submission and proper reimbursement.

Additional responsibilities include:

Accurately enter charges into the billing system for infusions and injections.
Verify coding, modifiers, and encounter data prior to posting.
Work with providers and staff to resolve missing or incomplete charge information.
Ensure compliance with billing and documentation guidelines.
Maintain confidentiality of patient and business information.

Other Requirements

2+ years of experience in medical billing or charge posting.
Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes preferred.
High school diploma or GED.
