Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and professional Law Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our legal practice. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members, ensuring a positive and efficient experience. Your organizational skills, friendly demeanor, and attention to detail will help maintain smooth office operations.

Responsibilities

Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service and guiding them appropriately
Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, practicing proper phone etiquette and ensuring all calls are directed accurately
Handle front desk duties including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and managing client communications
Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and document preparation using Word processing tools and Google Workspace applications
Assist with office management tasks including supply inventory, organization of files, and maintaining a clean reception area
Coordinate with attorneys and staff to facilitate efficient office operations, including calendar management and personal assistant duties when needed

Skills

Strong office management skills with experience in clerical support and administrative tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Excellent computer literacy with the ability to adapt to various software platforms
Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail for proofreading, filing, and document management
Superior customer service skills combined with professional phone reception abilities and phone etiquette
Previous office experience in a legal or professional setting is preferred but not required; personal assistant experience is a plus

Pay: From $32,000.00 per year
