Nizz Realty Inc. is a cloud-based, 100% commission brokerage for licensed Florida real estate agents seeking a leaner model, practical broker support, and greater control over their business.

We are not a traditional brick-and-mortar brokerage.

We are not offering a salaried position.

We are not promising free leads.

We are built for agents who want to keep more of their commission and still have access to support when the details matter.

That means contract questions. Transaction guidance. Deal structure. Compliance. Residential. Commercial. Multifamily. Rentals. Sales. The real things agents run into once they are actually doing business.

If you are an experienced, productive agent, this model may make a lot of sense.

If you are newer but serious, financially prepared, and understand that real estate is a business you have to build, we are open to that conversation too.

Compensation package

This is a commission-only independent contractor opportunity.

100% commission brokerage model
No salary
No hourly pay
Commission Only
No guaranteed income

We offer a monthly plan for just $69 per month and a $69 per transaction fee,

No monthly fee plan option available, and it can be discussed on the initial call with the broker

Agents are responsible for their own licensing, board, MLS, marketing, business expenses, and applicable brokerage fees.

Full plan details, fees, and expectations will be reviewed when you speak to the broker.

Requirements

Active Florida real estate license, or ability to activate before joining
Comfortable working in a cloud-based brokerage
Able to generate your own clients, leads, referrals, or business opportunities
Professional communication skills
Willingness to follow brokerage policy, compliance requirements, and transaction procedures
Serious about building or continuing a real estate business

National Association of Realtors membership (NAR) and joining a local Realtor board (MLS Access) is optional and NOT required

Work location

Cloud-based Brokerage - Work the entire state of Florida.

This is a remote, Florida-based real estate agent opportunity. Agents may work across Florida, subject to licensing, board, MLS, and brokerage coverage requirements.
