Job description

We are a national leading Affordable Housing Company specializing in affordable housing industry, ranked # 1 in 2019 by AHF.

We are seeking to hire an experienced Receptionist to add to our amazing team.

The primary duties of this position are:

· Greet all incoming visitors and residents

· Entering maintenance service requests in the system

· Addressing phones, assisting walk-ins, and general customer service

· Process tenant rent payments.

· Filing Skillset.

· Call residents to collect past due balances.

· Computer experience a must.

· General clerical duties as assigned by property manager.

· Creating work orders and passing them to maintenance for completion.

· Scheduling vendor appointments, and communicating with residents.

Necessary skills for this position include:

· Ability to provide excellent customer service to all residents.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

· Be a team-player.

· Bilngual speaking Required.

Experience:

· High School Diploma or equivalent required.
