W2 Outpatient Therapist (Remote) — Lifebulb Counseling & Therapy

Location: Remote (NJ)
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (W2 Employee)
Compensation: Competitive pay + benefits

You will be hired as a W2 employee with ongoing support, training, and administrative resources.

As an outpatient therapist at Lifebulb, you will:

Provide individual telehealth therapy to clients in your licensed state(s)
Complete treatment plans and progress notes
Collaborate professionally with clinical leadership when needed
Uphold Lifebulb’s mission, values, and standards of care

Requirements:

Active state license in one of the following:
LCSW
LPC
LMFT
Psychologist (PhD/PsyD)
Ability to work remotely with reliable internet
Dedication to providing ethical, effective, evidence-based care

Nice to Have:

Experience with telehealth platforms
Comfort working independently with remote support
