Where you can make a difference.

Wash, peel, chop, dice, julienne, and portion produce, meats, and other ingredients.
Measure and scale ingredients for recipes, sauces, dressings, stocks, and marinades.
Prepare basic cooking components such as parboiling, reducing sauces, or starting batch recipes.
Label, date, rotate, and store ingredients following FIFO and food‑safety guidelines.
Receive and inspect food deliveries for quality and accuracy.
Maintain a clean workstation, sanitize surfaces, wash utensils, and follow health‑code standards.
Assist cooks and kitchen staff with additional tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of company food safety programs.
Follows all food safety and handling policies and procedures.
Sets up and breaks down workstation with required tools, equipment, or supplies.
