We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) to join our growing clinical team across Texas. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced BCBAs in a collaborative environment while making a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families affected by autism and other developmental disabilities.
What You'll Do
- Implement and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
- Provide direct supervision, training, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Collect, analyze, and maintain accurate client data.
- Conduct skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
- Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality client outcomes.
- Participate in parent and caregiver training sessions.
- Maintain documentation in accordance with ethical, regulatory, and organizational standards.
Qualifications
- Active BCaBA certification in good standing.
- Current or eligible Texas licensure (where applicable).
- Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA services.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $68,000–$70,000 annually
- Sign-on Bonus: Up to $5,000 for qualified candidates
- Annual Performance Bonus: Up to $18,000 based on productivity
