Culinary Director | $1,500 Sign-On Bonus

We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Culinary Director with strong leadership skills and senior living or healthcare culinary experience to lead our kitchen and dining operations.
The Culinary Director leads daily kitchen and dining operations, ensuring exceptional service, high-quality meals, and a resident-centered dining experience. This is a leadership-focused role for someone passionate about coaching, mentoring, and building high-performing teams.
What You'll Do
- Run a full kitchen and dining program where great food and warm service are the standard every day
- Plan meals and dining around what our residents love, using fresh, familiar flavors that feel like home
- Oversee all dining areas, table service, and private events, from daily meals to special occasions
- Keep a clean, safe kitchen: food handling, temperatures, and storage done right, every shift
How You'll Lead
- Coach and grow a team that takes pride in what they do
- Hold honest performance conversations that recognize good work and open doors for advancement
- Lead by example and set the tone for a kitchen culture worth showing up for
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Culinary Degree or Certificate preferred
- 3–4 years of culinary and dining management experience preferable in senior living, healthcare or memory care
- Sous Chef or lead cook experience preferred
- Current ServSafe Certification
- Strong leadership, team development, and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and culinary best practices
- Commitment to hospitality, service excellence, and resident-centered dining
