Job Overview

Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Worker, where your energy and attention to detail will drive our logistics operations forward! In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through accurate picking, packing, shipping, and receiving processes. Your proactive approach and commitment to safety will help us meet customer expectations and maintain efficient warehouse distribution. Duties

Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely to load, unload, and move inventory within the warehouse
Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to accurately track stock levels, process orders, and update inventory records
Pick and pack customer orders with precision, ensuring correct items and quantities are prepared for shipment
Prepare shipments by packaging products securely according to shipping & receiving standards and trade compliance regulations
Load and unload trucks efficiently while maintaining safety protocols during all handling activities
Maintain organized stock storage using proper stocking techniques aligned with warehouse distribution practices
Assist in inventory counts, stock replenishment, and cycle counting to support accurate MRP (Material Requirements Planning) processes

Requirements

Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in shipping logistics, order fulfillment, and inventory management
Valid forklift certification with experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers
Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (such as ERP systems or AS400) and RF scanners for tracking inventory
Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately
Knowledge of international trade regulations and trade compliance standards is a plus
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy loads, standing for extended periods, and performing load & unload activities
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in picking & packing orders accurately
