What You'll Do

Perform comprehensive tele-diagnostic evaluations for autism and ADHD across children, adolescents, and adults
Deliver clear, empathetic feedback that empowers patients and families
Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment recommendations
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, technologists, and care coordinators
Contribute to research and clinical innovation in neurodevelopmental care
Mentor junior clinicians and trainees (optional, based on interest)

What You Bring

Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited program
Active state licensure in IL or NJ as a Clinical Psychologist (PsyPact certification a plus)
Strong interest in psychological testing, intake assessments, and diagnostic interviewing
Comfort with telehealth platforms and a passion for tech-enabled care
Cultural humility and the ability to connect with diverse populations
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
