About the Role:

As a Charge Nurse (RN) at Avir at Victoria, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care. Your expertise and leadership skills will be instrumental in creating a positive and efficient work environment. You will also be responsible for coordinating patient care, communicating with other departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
Coordinate patient care plans and communicate with other departments to ensure seamless transitions
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient charts and medication administration records
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and pixmap performance metrics
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members
Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination

Requirements:

Current RN licensure in the State of Texas
Minimum of 0 years of experience as a Charge Nurse (RN)
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
