We are seeking an exceptionally qualified individual to lead our automotive repair service operations. Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership: Oversee all aspects of service operations, ensuring high standards of repair quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Manage workflow, resources, and staff to optimize performance.
Strategic Innovation: Develop and implement innovative strategies that enhance service delivery, from adopting new technologies to improving service processes. Stay ahead of industry trends to keep our services cutting-edge.
Team Development: Mentor and train technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Lead by example, promoting a team-oriented environment where knowledge sharing is paramount.
Customer Relations: Act as the primary liaison for customer service, ensuring that client interactions are professional, informative, and exceed expectations. Handle escalated customer issues with tact and efficiency.
Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, pricing strategies, and financial performance to maintain profitability while ensuring quality service. Analyze KPIs to drive business decisions.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure all operations comply with relevant automotive industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven track record in automotive service management, with at least 10 years in a leadership role within the automotive repair industry.
Technical Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of modern and classic vehicle systems, from mechanical to electronic and hybrid technologies.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Innovation: A record of implementing or contributing to innovative practices or technologies in automotive service.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive Technology, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.

Additional Desirable Qualities:

Certifications from recognized automotive bodies (ASE, NAPA, etc.)
Experience with inventory management software and CRM systems.
A network within the automotive industry for sourcing parts, training, or collaboration.
