Full Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Accounting Receivable/Accounts Payable Clerk. Our ideal candidate will also be able to assist or work independently in carrying out the responsibilities and duties listed below.

Responsibilities and duties include the following:

Post receipts and prepare bank deposits
Invoice and submit billings for various items
Accounting and account analysis
Bank and Balance sheet account reconciliations
Prepare monthly journal entries
Post monthly rent charges to tenant ledgers
Assist with preparing annual tenant CAM,INS,RET reconciliations
Various other accounting functions
Yardi, Real Page knowledge background
Sending out monthly receivable statements, reconciles statements, and follows up collections as necessary.
Post payables daily
Experience with Microsoft Office Products (Excel/Word)
