Job Description:

L3Harris is looking for a Program Administrative Assistant who is well-organized, resourceful, great at multi-tasking, has a strong attention to detail, with the ability to anticipate assistance needs and take initiative.

Essential Functions:

Provide administrative support to program leadership.
Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, spreadsheets, letters, memoranda, agendas, and schedules; prepare materials for internal and customer meetings.
Maintain calendars; schedule and coordinate meetings, events, interviews, and appointments; reserve conference rooms, provide catering as needed.
Arrange travel itineraries and assist with timely submission of expense reports.
Interface with high-level internal and external contacts.
Manage and plan events for program teams’ engagement.
Ensure exceptional coordination and support for customer meetings/visitors.
Create and maintain appropriate databases.
Perform research or data analysis tasks.
Process overtime requests for program team members.
Support general office duties, including ordering and stocking of office supplies, drinks, food, and snacks in support of site operations/meetings/routine business.
Perform other tasks and assignments as needed.

Qualifications:

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
Active TS/SCI with poly

Preferred Additional Skills:

Experience with Microsoft Office suite of tools, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Excellent communication, time-management, problem-solving, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills.
Well-organized, resourceful, multi-tasker, attention to detail, ability to anticipate assistance needs and take initiative.
Flexibility in the face of changing priorities and the ability to interact positively with executives, managers, customers, and other administrators.
Effectively handle multiple simultaneous projects.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
Maintain confidentiality.
